They are blaming Norton for this kernel panic. We would recommend contacting Norton's support staff directly regarding this problem, as there is not much that we can do from our side to circumvent the connection flagging by the aforementioned anti-virus software. Since the Norton anti-virus application is flagging the connections, it is highly likely that it is causing the Kernel Panic error messages on the operating server itself. The NordLynx.appex processes are used by our application to establish/maintain a VPN connection using the NordLynx VPN protocol.
